Groupe Gorgé is an independent group that specializes in high-tech industries. Today, the Group is active in the fields of security and protection in extreme environments, as well as in the 3D printing sector. It employs around 2,000 people, is located in six countries and directly exports around 30% of its activity. In its more than twenty-five year history, Groupe Gorgé has always developed and driven the latest technological and industrial innovations.

Raphaël Gorgé Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Raphaël Gorgé, an engineer, joined the Group in 2004 after a ten-year career working in the fields of finance and technology. He moved the Group out of the automobile sector and then directed its development towards new business areas, particularly those associated with safety and new technologies. Raphaël Gorgé has been Chairman and CEO of the Group since 2011.

Loïc Le Berre Deputy CEO - Finance

With training in finance (Sciences Po Paris, DESCF, HEC Executive MBA), Loïc Le Berre began his career at Arthur Andersen. He joined the Group in early 2006 after a stint in industry working for both mid-sized companies and international groups. Loïc Le Berre is currently the Executive Vice-President of Groupe Gorgé, in charge of finance.

Céline Leroy General Counsel

Céline Leroy joined the Group in 2007 as General Counsel, after having practised as an attorney at the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer firm in the Finance and Mergers-Acquisitions departments. Céline Leroy has substantial experience in asset financing, mergers-acquisitions and restructuring for mid-sized and multinational groups in France and abroad.

Hélène de Cointet Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Graduate from Paris IX-Dauphine Management Magistrate and the Financial Analyst Training Center, Hélène de Cointet began her career at CM-CIC Securities as a financial analyst in charge of the aerospace and electronics sectors. She then joined KPMG Corporate Finance before joining Safran in 2010 in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Since 2015, she has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Safran Corporate Ventures, which she co-created. In this context, she has invested and participated in the governance of growth companies in industry 4.0, automated vehicle and services sectors.
