Raphaël Gorgé
CHAIRMAN & CEO

Raphaël Gorgé has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group since 2011. He joined the Group as Deputy CEO in 2004 after a ten-year career in finance and technology. From the outset, he embarked on a strategy to refocus the Group, reducing its reliance on automotive and investing in the industries of the future, particularly drones and 3D printing.

Raphaël Gorgé is a graduate of the École Centrale de Marseille and holds an advanced degree in molecular modelling.

Raphaël Gorgé is CEO & Chairman of the Board of Prodways Group.

He is also a Chevalier de Légion d’Honneur.

Hélène de Cointet
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Hélène de Cointet joined Groupe Gorgé as Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Between 2010 and 2015, she worked in Safran’s M&A department, before helping found Safran Corporate Ventures where she served as Deputy CEO. In this role, she invested in and helped oversee growth companies in areas such as industry 4.0, autonomous vehicles, and services. She began her career with CM-CIC securities working as a financial analyst covering the aeronautics and electronics sectors before moving on to KPMG Corporate Finance.

Hélène de Cointet is a Management graduate of Paris IX-Dauphine University and the Financial Analyst Training Centre.

Loïc Le Berre
DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - FINANCE

Loïc Le Berre, Deputy CEO – Finance, joined Groupe Gorgé in 2006. His career began at Arthur Andersen. He then moved into industry, at ETI Euraltech, where he worked on growing the company and its IPO, and later at Suez subsidiary INEO (now Engie). He performed a variety of roles in finance and management control: CFO, head of a shared services centre, and project manager at INEO.

Loïc Le Berre is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, DESCF and has a HEC Executive MBA.

Céline Leroy
GENERAL COUNSEL

Céline Leroy joined the Group in 2007 as General Counsel having practised for 7 years as an attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Finance and Mergers-Acquisitions departments. Céline Leroy has substantial experience in asset financing, mergers-acquisitions and restructuring for mid-sized and multinational groups in France and abroad.

Céline Leroy holds a CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession) and a DESS (advanced degree) in corporate law and taxation from Paris I University.

Rodolphe Bassi
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF VIGIANS PROTECTION INCENDIE FRANCE

Rodolphe Bassi is the Chairman of Vigians Protection Incendie France, parent company for subsidiaries CLF Satrem, AMOPSI and SVF. He joined Groupe Gorgé when CLF Satrem was taken over in 2007, becoming CEO of the new subsidiary, then Chairman in 2009. He began his career in fire protection, working for the industry world leader, US company TYCO. In 1999, he joined Vinci Group working in various managerial roles for its Fire Security division.

Rodolphe Bassi is an Engineering School graduate.

Dominique Giannoni
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF ECA GROUP (starting November 2nd, 2021)

Dominique Giannoni will join ECA GROUP starting November 2nd 2021.

He started his career at the French Ministry of Defence (DGA) in the naval field. He then held management positions at Cap Gemini Telecom from 1998 to 2003. Then, he joined the Thales group, first to lead the Sonar for Submarines operations, where he managed the programme for the development of new Sonar systems for the next generation of submersibles, and later the Military Avionics Business Line. From 2013 to 2018, he was CEO of Thales In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity based in California, then, returning to France, he managed Thales operations for fighter aircraft.

Dominique Giannoni is a graduate of ENSTA ParisTech., LDCR Armament Corps. He holds a Master of Science Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a degree in management from INSEAD. He was the auditor of the 65th IHEDN session “Defence Policy” and certified by Sciences Po Paris as corporate director.

Gilbert Rosso
DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF ECA GROUP

Gilbert Rosso is Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for operations and technological synergies between ECA Group businesses and operational synergies between ECA Group and Groupe Gorgé. He is also Managing Director of ECA Group’s Aerospace business. He joined ECA in 2001 as CEO of ECA Automation and occupied various management roles in the Aerospace division, eventually becoming Managing Director in 2013. He began his career with Vinci Group notably heading Actemium Toulouse, Vinci Energies’ industrial process brand.

He is an Engineering graduate of ESTACA.

Eric Ottman
CHAIRMAN OF BAUMERT

Eric Ottman joined Groupe Gorgé in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer of Commercy Robotics before becoming Chairman of Baumert in 2018. Previously, he spent 20 years working in industrial management roles around the world. In 2004, he joined Knauf Industrie group as Technical Director then Industrial Director Brazil before becoming Chief Operational Officer for a Group subsidiary.

Eric Ottmann graduated in Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.

Lionel Reversat
CHAIRMAN OF SERES AND STEDY

Lionel Reversat is Chairman of Seres Technologies and StedY. He joined Groupe Gorgé in 2012 when the group acquired Seres Technologies, which he had co-founded in 2008. In 2020, he co-founded the consultancy StedY with the Group, advising on new generation engineering and technologies.

He occupied several roles in Alten group from 2001 to 2008 as business engineer then branch head.

He is a graduate of the Kedge Business School.

He is Vice-President of Marseille Innovation, one of the leading European Corporate and Innovation Centres in the PACA region, which backs innovative companies through start-up and development phases.
