How to become a shareholder?

The Groupe Gorgé share is listed on Euronext Paris (ISIN: FR0000062671). Groupe Gorgé shares may be held in three different forms:

Bearer shares

The shares are registered in an account with a financial intermediary of your choice. Groupe Gorgé does not know the identity of the shareholder, except in the event of ad hoc identifiable bearer share surveys (TPI).

Directly registered shares

Shares are registered in a securities account kept by Groupe Gorgé. Registered shares are managed by CACEIS Corporate Trust. The advantages are:

  • Direct payment of dividends

Administered registered shares

The shares are kept in custody by a financial intermediary. The shareholder’s identity is known to Groupe Gorgé, which keeps a securities account in their name, but the financial intermediary remains the shareholder’s contact.
